15 July 2014 - Marina Bay Suites won the Singapore Property Awards 2014 in the Residential (High Rise) Category. A precursor to FIABCI Prix d’Excellence, FIABCI Singapore Property Awards was introduced to recognise achievements of Singapore’s real estate projects and developments as well as to promote Singapore’s excellence in design and architecture.
July 2014 - The annual Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Awards recognise organisations that have achieved excellence in workplace safety and health performance. Presented by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and supported by the Ministry of Manpower, the national awards include WSH Performance Awards and Safety and Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP).
Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM) was awarded the WSH Performance Awards two years in a row (2013 and 2014) as it recognises companies or organisations that have performed well in safety and health through the implementation of sound safety and health management systems.
Both One Raffles Quay (ORQ) and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) were awarded the Safety and Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP) Award two years in a row (2013 and 2014). This award recognises projects or worksites that have good safety and health performance and workplace safety and health management systems. This includes large-scale projects that mobilise significant manpower and have shown their ability to manage WSH on a project-level.
July 2014 - The Water Efficient Building (Gold/Silver) certification was introduced in March 2013 to recognise water users who adopt water efficiency management system and are exemplary performers in water efficiency. With the objective of enabling an organisation to take a systematic approach to achieve continual improvement of water efficient and develop and implement water saving measures, One Raffles Quay (ORQ) was conferred PUB Water Efficient Building (Silver) certificate for the efforts.
22 May 2014 – Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) (Phase 1) won the Green Mark Gold Award, BCA Green Mark for Buildings for the second time. The award recognises buildings which incorporate internationally recognised best practices in environmental design and performance. The first time it was awarded was in 2008.
22 May 2014 – Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) (Phase 2) Commercial – Tower 3 won the BCA Construction Excellence Award in the Commercial Mixed Development category. The award recognises construction projects that have demonstrated the highest standards of construction excellence in Singapore.
22 May 2014 – Marina Bay Suites (MBS) won the BCA Design and Engineering Safety Excellence Award in the Residential category. The award recognises efforts in overcoming various challenges to achieve safety and excellence in design and engineering works.
31 October 2013 – Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) and Marina Bay Suites (MBS) clinched top honours at the annual South East Asia (SEA) Property Awards.
MBS was awarded Best Condominium Development in Singapore and South East Asia, while MBFC was named Best Commercial Development in South East Asia. The awards celebrate the best in the region’s property sector, recognising outstanding achievements in construction, architecture, interior design and property management services.
16 May 2012 – Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), Singapore’s largest mixed-use development in the new downtown, clinched the top award in the Office category at the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2012, which recognises the world’s outstanding real estate developments. Marina Bay Residences (MBR), the residential project in Phase 1 of MBFC, was runner-up in the Residential (High Rise) category.
10 September 2012 - For its excellent Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management System, Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM) was one of the first few organisations in the Singapore facilities management industry to be awarded BizSAFE Star certification by Singapore’s WSH Council.
11 October 2011 – Marina Bay Residences (MBR) and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) Phase 1 were named winners in the Residential (High Rise) and Office Categories respectively at the inaugural FIABCI Singapore Property Awards.
17 November 2011 – Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) clinched the Gold award for the mixed-use category in the MIPIM Asia Awards 2011, which honours outstanding real estate projects in the Asia Pacific region. MBFC also won the Participants’ Choice Award, which honours the project that receives the most delegate votes.
19 May 2011 – Both the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) Residential (Phase 1) and MBFC Commercial (Phase 1) were conferred with the Merit Award for the Design and Engineering Safety Excellence Awards 2011 by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
16 December 2011 – Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM) received the ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system, which encompasses energy efficient lighting, water-saving systems and the use of recycled materials in its offices.
23 December 2011 – Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM) received the OHSAS 18001 certification for its integration of an effective risk management system that minimises work-related accidents.
27 May 2009 – One Raffles Quay (ORQ) and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) won accolades for their achievements towards environmental sustainability under the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark awards.
29 May 2008 – One Raffles Quay (ORQ) was awarded the prestigious Prix d’Excellence in the ‘Office’ category by The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Considered to be the ‘Oscars’ within the real-estate industry, the award recognises ORQ for embodying excellence in all aspects of development including construction, leasing, facilities management, marketing strategy and contribution to the local community and environment.
22 May 2008 – One Raffles Quay (ORQ) was a merit recipient in the inaugural Design Engineering and Safety Excellence Award for successfully addressing the many technical and safety challenges in the construction, given the location of its North Tower directly above the North-South MRT Line.
17 May 2007 – Marina Bay Residences (MBR) was conferred a Green Mark Gold award by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for incorporating green building features in its construction.
